Place your unused wool items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship to the Mill

Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup at your convenience.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned wool for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
